1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website and interest forms operated by the Financial Literacy Summit organizing team in Karachi, Pakistan. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully. When submitting a form, you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to info@financialliteracysummit.pk.
2. Registration and confirmation
Submitting the attendee form sends your registration details and payment proof to the FLS team for verification. Submission alone does not confirm a ticket or admission. Your place is confirmed only after the team verifies the payment and sends confirmation. A partnership inquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement or authorize use of either party's brand.
The summit is scheduled for 19 December 2026 in NASTP, Karachi. The organizer may update venue, programme, speakers or capacity where reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes through the website or supplied contact details.
3. Accurate information and eligibility
Please provide accurate contact details and information you are authorized to share. If you submit on behalf of an organization, you must have permission to make the inquiry. Visitors under 18 should submit with a parent or guardian's knowledge and permission. Attendance eligibility and any age restrictions will be stated with confirmed registration details.
4. Educational content
Summit material, website content and calculators are for general financial education. They are not personal investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell a product. Calculator results use simplified assumptions; they do not account for all fees, taxes, inflation, market changes or personal circumstances. Returns and financial outcomes are not guaranteed. Seek appropriate independent advice for decisions that affect you.
Speakers and partners are responsible for their own views. Participation or a brand mention does not automatically mean FLS endorses a financial product. The summit is independent of TED and TEDx; factual references to the organizer's experience do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, share unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or scrape personal information. We may reject abusive or fraudulent inquiries and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect visitors and the service.
6. Content and brand ownership
Website design, summit branding and original materials belong to their respective owners. You may read and share links for personal or organizational reference. Reproducing, selling or presenting FLS materials as your own requires permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
7. Tickets, payments and refunds
The displayed discounted ticket price is PKR 2,000 (regular price PKR 2,500). Payment must be made to the Digital Media Colony UBL account displayed on the registration page. Upload only a screenshot showing a successful transaction; conceal unrelated balances or transactions where possible, and never upload a PIN, password or full card credentials.
Payments remain subject to verification. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or unverified payments do not create a confirmed ticket. Cancellation, postponement, transfer and refund requests will be handled under applicable law and any purchase-specific information communicated by the organizer. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Changes, cancellation and conduct
The organizer may revise provisional arrangements or reschedule or cancel the summit where necessary. If paid tickets are offered, the purchase-specific terms will explain what happens in those circumstances. We aim for a respectful and inclusive event. Harassment, discrimination, threats or conduct that places others at risk may result in removal, subject to applicable rights and any ticket terms.
Any event photography or recording arrangements will be explained with confirmed registration information and on-site notices. Submitting an interest form does not, by itself, grant permission for promotional use of your likeness.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions or outdated provisional information may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on general educational content or website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy and communications
We handle inquiries under the Privacy Policy. We may contact you to respond to your inquiry and provide related FLS 2026 information. Consent to future event marketing is optional, separate from your inquiry and may be withdrawn by contacting the team.
11. Updates and questions
We may revise these terms as services develop. The version shown above identifies the terms published on this page; the version accepted with a new submission is recorded. New terms do not retroactively change a completed ticket purchase or signed agreement. For a concern, contact info@financialliteracysummit.pk so the team can try to resolve it. These terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws of Pakistan without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to you.
